Delivery Policy
All orders are delivered within the United Arab Emirates via road transportation.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (UAE time) are eligible for same-day delivery, subject to product availability and delivery location. Order confirmation and delivery updates will be shared via email and WhatsApp notifications.

All applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
For customers who prefer not to use online payment methods, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available within the UAE.
Customers may select Cash on Delivery during checkout. Our customer service team may contact you, if required, to confirm the order and arrange payment collection at the time of delivery.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase. Please allow 10 to 45 days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on the policies of the issuing bank or card provider.
Refunds will be issued only under the following conditions:
- An incorrect product was delivered
- The product is defective
- The product was damaged during transit
- The product shows signs of tampering
Cancellation Policy
We take utmost care in preparing and delivering every order. As we deal with highly perishable products, the following cancellation terms apply:
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped
Orders cancelled at least one (1) day prior to the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a full refund
Cancellations made on the day of delivery or after shipment are not eligible for a refund
In the event of unauthorized or fraudulent use of a credit or debit card, customers are entitled to request cancellation and a refund, provided the transaction was not authorized by the cardholder and is not reimbursed by the card issuer.
If a customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the product, they are encouraged to notify us immediately. Our customer service team will investigate the matter and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include product replacement or full reimbursement, subject to verification.
